CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS


ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE – RETURNS – REFUNDS – CANCELLATION

The items supplied by our brand are new and guaranteed free of defects. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all listed publishers and suppliers.

Should it happen that an item is defective or does not meet the requirements, the buyer may request an exchange or refund within 15 working days of receipt of the items. If the period of fifteen (15) days normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public or non-working holiday, it will be extended until the first following working day.

The customer must return the new or unused items complete and in their original packaging, undamaged, together with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation (necessarily in the original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In this case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to our customer support (description and photos attached).

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, our brand is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the customer, without any costs, except for the cost of the return shipment. The refund is due within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s).

The shipping costs for the return shipment are then at your expense.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 15 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned parcel. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted regardless of the reason.
